2. Nature of Services
The services offered by reliferp.ro consist of: virtual shop (shop.reliferp.ro) - serves as a web platform for purchasing digital products for the ReLife FiveM server.
All services are provided "as is" and "subject to availability". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Payments and Refund Policy
All payments made to reliferp.ro are considered final and non-refundable.
Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases, such as unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. Each case will be analyzed before a decision is made regarding the refund.
Players who are banned or sanctioned for violating the rules have no right to any refund, regardless of the situation.
4. About RLC Coins and Digital Products
RLC Coins represent a virtual currency that can be used exclusively on reliferp.ro and on the ReLife FiveM game server.
RLC Coins have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Products or benefits obtained through RLC Coins or through direct purchase are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We reserve the right to modify or remove at any time the benefits associated with RLC Coins or digital products, without prior notice.
5. Equal Treatment
Payments made to reliferp.ro do not provide any privilege or preferential treatment in the game. All players are treated equally.
In-game behavior is regulated exclusively by the official server rules.
6. Account Suspension or Deletion
reliferp.ro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, modify or delete any account, at any time, with or without reason, with or without notice.
In most cases, such actions are taken as a result of violating the server rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
reliferp.ro cannot be held liable for:
- loss of data, RLC Coins or game progress;
- technical problems, service interruptions or errors;
- any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content elements, source code, functions and names on the site are the property of reliferp.ro, protected in accordance with copyright and trademark laws.
Copying, redistribution or modification of content without our written consent is prohibited.
9. Changes to Terms
reliferp.ro may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We recommend that you periodically check this page.
Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
